Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Venura ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Description of Service
Venura is a business management tool for hall and venue owners to:
- Manage bookings and events
- Track payments and deposits
- Organize vendor information
- Real-time notifications for booking updates
- Generate invoices and reports
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Interfere with App functionality
- Upload malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws
Subscription & Billing
- Free Trial: New accounts are automatically enrolled in a 30-day free trial.
- Paid Plans: After the trial, a subscription is required to continue accessing premium features.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Features will remain active until the end of the billing period.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any logos or digital signatures you upload ("Branding Assets").
- You grant Venura a limited license to display/process these assets solely for generating your documents.
- You represent that you have the right to use any uploaded branding.
- You agree NOT to upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Venura and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Notifications
By using Venura, you consent to receive push notifications regarding your account activity, including booking confirmations, payment reminders, and system updates. You can manage these preferences in your device settings.
Payment Information
The App helps you track payments but does not process payments directly. You are responsible for the accuracy of payment records you enter. We are not liable for any financial discrepancies.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Venura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not warrant uninterrupted service
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- If unresolved, binding arbitration
You waive the right to participate in class actions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
